This mentorship guides you back to your own soul's story to where your wisdom, sovereignty and self are embodied. Through live group teachings, 1:1 healings, mystical meditations and weekly embodiment practices, you’ll learn how to recognise and release inherited or learnt patterning, and heal separation within.
Embodiment is where ancestral healing, energetic sovereignty, and self-leadership converge. This is your space to recalibrate, realign, and reawaken the full spectrum of your being.

This mentorship is a comprehensive healing process in alignment with our soul's natural evolutionary progression. There's no end point for healing. It ebbs and flows allowing us to witness all parts of ourselves. We naturally unfold more layers as we as a collective go deeper into our human experience.
Working with the tools of light, frequency, vibrational medicine and energetic modalities, your guide Sarah is able to support you deeper into your own energetic field to witness your soul's journey and how it is playing out in your life.
Embodiment incorporates trauma and stress response work and also addresses the foundational way in which these lived experiences affect how we cope and create. Agreements and contracts throughout your lineage, astrological and energetic blueprint, and your star ancestry. We dive into your soul's journey and how you are creating with the information and environment that is unique to you.
With Sarah's 20+ years working in natural health and teaching energetic studies, we are able to take a holistic view and implement practical physical to energetic action to create grace and ease in your ever evolving journey.

Beginning 23rd June.
Live calls every Tuesday 10am (CET). First Tuesday is a group call. The following Tuesday is the live meditation and alternating thereafter.
1:1 energetic sessions are bi-weekly. You can choose a regular time that works for you with flexibility to change times if you need. The sessions will be unique to you focusing on the months theme. Two sessions on each theme encourages deeper healing and space for integration.
