The first week opens with Venus newly retrograde in Scorpio. Beauty here is not synthetic or disembodied, it is within our perception, feeling and experience of our own beauty. How we see, feel and receive the world through our senses. Our feminine expression lives in this sensory relationship with reality, and for many of us it has been dulled, going unnoticed or never fully claimed.

This week is an invitation to slow down and feel. To nurture the part of you that knows through the body the heat in the air, the pull to walk steps in an unknown direction, the quiet recognition of what is true before the mind has caught up. Venus asks us to embody ourselves more fully. Beauty is where that begins.

The second week turns to what we hold precious and what we have been undervaluing. Venus in Scorpio exposes the hidden dynamics of exchange: where we give too much, where we take without noticing, where we have been spending our energy as though it were infinite. Where the parts of us that have felt finite can expand once again.

Value is not just about money as a concept. It is about life force. Truly an ancient understanding of currency. How we invest ourselves, what we allow to deplete us, and where we have been depriving ourselves in the name of keeping the peace. This week is a reclamation and an honouring of what you are actually worth.

As Venus retrogrades into Libra, the focus shifts from depth to balance. The third week looks at relationship dynamics and our experiences of connection. The patterns, compromises, and unspoken agreements that shape how we relate with the people closest to us.

The way we relate with each other is a reflection of how we relate with ourselves. If you've been avoiding a conversation, there might also be one you've been avoiding with yourself. This week is a balancing act and about seeing the full picture. The subtleties of our energetics will be shown.

The final week arrives at love. Not as an idea or an aspiration, but love as a creative force. The energy that moves through everything when we are open to its flow. This is the culmination of the journey, with beauty reclaimed, value restored, and relationships balanced, what remains is a deeper capacity to hold, feel and express love.

A deep trust, love and reverence for ourselves. The embodiment of love is the embodiment of the creative force. This is where Venus Lineage arrives.

Exclusive to Venus Lineage, this guided meditation was filmed in the ancient forest at Montserrat outside Barcelona. Amongst the boulders and sacred caves that have drawn seekers for centuries. It is deeply connected to the rose lineage and the dragon lines that run through this landscape.

This is a recorded journey, filmed on location with Caity Duffus, that connects you directly to the frequency of this sacred place. This is a very unique meditation. A meditation to return to during the course and carry with you beyond the course.

Four weekly live calls with Sarah, held on Tuesdays at 10am CEST. Each call moves through one of the four Venus Lineage themes: Beauty, Value, Relationships, Love. Building on the previous week and held within the container of the Venus retrograde.
