Founder of Rosa Mystica
Writer, Teacher, Professional Consultant and Natural Health Practitioner. Originally from Sydney, Australia and now based in Barcelona. I help people in the creative act: founders, artists, directors, practitioners, clear the invisible obstacles between them and the grand vision they have in their lives. I'm a certified nutritionist, somatic and bodywork practitioner, and ancestral healing specialist with 20+ years of experience, which means I can hold the practical and the esoteric in the same room.
My Path to Rosa Mystica
This work found me long before I had words for it. As a child, I felt and saw things others didn’t. Over time, that sensitivity which at first felt like a hardship or burden, became my gift and greatest teacher. Alongside my passion to assist people through dis-ease, disconnection and in big transitions in their lives, my sensitivity and intuition guided me through decades of working in natural health, teaching, and deep energetic exploration.
Rosa Mystica was born from a vision: to create a space where people could come home to their sovereignty, rediscover the intelligence of their own body, intuition and field, and move through the world with grounded mysticism and embodied strength.
My work lives at the intersection of healing, creative practice, and soul remembrance. Helping people to connect with their internal support networks, increase their ability to tune into their bodies natural intelligence and remember our woven tapestry of support with nature and Earth. This leads to a bigger remembrance of our star lineage and purpose in this life.
