Flower Essence Workshop

Flower Essences are in the category of Vibrational Medicines and are the energetic imprint of flowers in water. The water holds the frequency and information of the flower and allows the medicinal properties of the flower to work with you on a cellular and energetic level. Flower Essences have the capability to address unconscious patterning, underlining dis-ease with the body and mind, and assist us to expand our awareness beyond learnt limitation and learnt programming.

Through the water research and visionary work of Dr Masaru Emoto and recently Veda Austin, we have a growing body of scientific research to support what the ancients and indiginous cultures already knew. Water holds frequency and we can activate deep remembrance within ourselves through working with Flower Essence. There is a method to working with Flowers in this way and in this workshop Sarah will share her experience and guide you in your own remembrance and activating your intuition to connect with nature and natural medicine.
