Founder of Rosa Mystica
Sarah Hollins is a natural health practitioner, energetic mentor, and founder of Rosa Mystica. For over two decades she has supported women through deep transitions, multidimensional healing, and spiritual emergence. Her work weaves ancient wisdom, energetics and modern learnings for grounded, embodied transformational work.
Sarah's pioneering work in the fields of vibrational medicine and energetics led to her founding Rosa Mystica. A home for Holistic Embodiment, a practitioner modality which teaches Embodiment and Grounding Techniques. And for Universal Energetics, teaching ethics of energetics and natural lore.
In addition, she has developed an award-winning vibrational medicine line, Rosa Temple. Bringing support and connection with nature to assist our own journey.
Sarah aims to empower people to grow their intuition, embodiment of self and deepen connections with nature. Through this we can come back to ourselves and live our most creative and graceful life.
